OBSERVATIONS & CONCLUSIONS

• In my two(2) days of observing Mr. Renato , I found that his


work is more on technical or clerical works. Unlike other
leadman Sir Ren own a laptop where in he can use it any time
when updating or making a paper works.

OBSERVATIONS & CONCLUSIONS

 I spent 2 days with Sir Bart Zapata . He is the Spray leadman at FTL
Department and his work is to list/take notes and distribute works to
the piece rater and daily workers. After distributing works , he monitors
the spray and he also spraying item when needed.
 . There are 5(five) lead men to update status and they have only one
laptop to use in updating it.

• Provide another laptop to be used for updating production

In my 6 days of monitoring, I observed that


She has a supervisor that can take care hes
work when she was not around or when
attending meetings and seminars. More on
her time spend in Monitoring her workers .
RECOMMENDATIONS

• Must share all the information she get when


attending in a seminar or attending meeting
to make her workers more aware and
producing a quality product.
