 Using Audio-visual Aids is the best solution for all of the problems enlisted
above.
 It helps students to understand the concepts better.
 It captures their interest.
 This method is known for its accuracy and graphic presentation style in
forms of flowsheets, charts, tables, graphs and diagrams.
 It lessens efforts of teachers.

 This method will increase level of attention of learners
 It will provide them with understandable knowledge
 It will make teaching process effective
 It will capture students’ minds making them memorize the
concepts
Theoretical Rationale

 Children learn best by observing and copying the behaviors of adults. It is

therefore evident that learning is more effective when sensory experiences are
stimulated. These include pictures, slides, radios, videos and other audiovisual
tools.

they are comparatively more active and responsive in class now).

Assessment and Evaluation

 Questionnaires will be distributed to assess the understanding of trainees to

what extent they learned
 Quiz will be held to check active participation of trainees
 After training, participants will be able to teach effectively
 It will help teachers to create a positive climate in class
 An experimental observation will be done by going to classes and making
observations to make sure that training session was practical and
applicable or not.
Conclusion

 Problem: Lack of proper response, boredom, un-effective teaching

 Solution: Use of Audio-visual Aids
 Argument: The aforementioned level increases participation in class work
and makes students understand concepts better. It plays a crucial role in
growth and mental development of students. Its necessary to keep up
with the modern standards of education and making our teachers and
students up-to-date.
