INTRODUCTION

 Energy is the main requirement in this Morden world.

 Availability of energy in this world is very less and cost of supply and storing of this energy is high.

 Now a days non renewable energy getting exhaust and we all focusing on renewable energy.

 Then demand will be high, then production don’t met the requirement.

 According to the newton’s law, energy can be neither be created nor destroyed .

 So energy can be transfer from one from to another from.

 Recycle of energy is possible.

 By using the above statement, modification of electric bike done to recycle the energy.
PARTS

 DC Motor and generator (BLDC type)

 Spiral bevel gear and Helical gear

 Universal coupling

 Battery( 48v 20ah)

DC MOTOR AND GENERATOR

 BLDC motor 48v 1000 w.

 3000rpm on 48v DC supply.

 Type :permanent magnet BLDC.

 Rated torques :4.5

SPIRAL BEVEL GEARS AND HELICAL GEARS

 Spiral bevel gears and helical gears have teeth that are set on an angle to the gear axis.

 Since the teeth engage more gradually they have a smoother and quieter operation.

 Friction loss is reduced and it can with stand heavy load.

UNIVERSAL COUPLING

 Universal coupling is more flexible than knuckle joint

 It facilitates torque transmission between shafts which have angular misalignment.

 Torque transmission efficiency is high.

 Here we use different model universal coupling which help in turning of bike
Working
 The battery is used to run the motor, both are located at back side of the bike. As similar as normal electric bike it drives the rare wheel
using chain.

 We are taking the rotary energy of for wheel to drive the generator.

 For taking this energy by rear wheel by using spiral bevel gear, universal coupling

 universal coupling helps in the turning the handle and it is place in such way axis of rotation of the hand bar.

 Another end of the universal coupling is the long shaft which made connect to helical gears to the generator.

 Gear ratio is 1:4 form input wheel to generator.

 This mechanical energy is converted into electrical energy by the generator at the rare side near to the motor.

 This energy is stored in the another battery which as the capacity 2 times of initial one, so that it can store more energy.

 Then this energy is transmitted to the battery that run the rare wheel.
CONCLUSION

 Hence from this procedure we can recycle the energy into a useful form.

 Therefore the bike can be run without any external energy.

 Pollution and resources usage reduced.
