Employees

Why young new employees leave a
job ?
1:They fill disengaged at work
They are tech savvy, adaptable, and creative. But they also have a unique set of expectations and
demands. And so far, few corporations are living up to them.

2:Not enough appreciation

Unlike their older colleagues, young employees can be more insecure about their
ability to perform their job well.

3:No career development

Young employees expect to see their career developing faster . If they don’t see a
clear career path, chances are they’ll set their sights on other jobs to find the growth
they are looking for.

4:Not meaningful work

While older adults with more financial responsibilities and dependents can be more
reliably motivated by money, millennials often seek something deeper.
5:Unapproachable managers
Some managers are so unapproachable that employees feel unable to talk to
them about their frustrations or ambitions.
SOLUTION:
1.Cultivating Junior Leaders
Organizations might provide leadership coaching

2. Welcoming Employee Mobility

Millennials aren’t interested in just working their wayup the ladder.
Today’s employees are making lateral career moves in pursuit of
happiness.

The biggest motivator for changing positions is the promise of

purpose and fulfillment: not financial incentive.

3.Positive Workplace Culture

Creating an inclusive, social workplace culture from the start is
incredibly important.
