Cucur cake ingredients:


1. 250 gr red sugar, smooth comb
2. 1 tsp cinnamon (cinnamon)
3. 550 ml Water (Optional:
coconut milk to be more
savory)
4. 3 pieces of pandanus leaves,
shredded, tied knots
5. 300 gr Rice flour.
6. 50 gr Wheat flour
7. ½ tsp Salt
8. the oil for frying
How to make Cucur Cake:
1. Cook in a pan: brown sugar, cinnamon and water, add pandanus leaves too. After
dissolving, lift, strain, and dispose of the pulp, set aside until cold.
2. Mix rice flour, flour, and deep salt into another bowl, stir while pouring ½ part of sugar
water until well blended. Pat by hand for about 25 minutes, then add the remaining
sugar water. Continue to pat the mixture until the mixture feels light.
3. Heat a small skillet over medium heat, put 50 ml of cooking oil into it, leave it to heat.
Pour about 30 ml of the mixture or 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the pan, let it cook
until it forms like a lace around the cake.
4. Flush the hot oil into the center of the mixture, stick it with sticks so that the raw
mixture inside flows out. Continue pouring oil over the cake until done, remove it. Drain
well. Do the same thing until the dough runs out.

Tips for Making Cucur Cake

1. Plump the dough or pat the dough according to the time


requested, so that the dough is really good nesting.
2. Use an iron skillet to really heat with oil, so that
the mixture quickly expands and does not batter.
