Designing Using Software
Generation of Schematic Diagram of Half-Wave Rectifier Using EAGLE Software
Step 1:
Schematic Creation
Make a project for your PCB design
Start the EAGLE Control Panel application. Create a new project:
File->New->Project.
Rename the project if you wish as follows: the control panel window indicates whether a project
is open with a green circle next to the project name. Click this if necessary to close the project.
Right-click->Rename
on the project's name. After having renamed the project you can reopen it.
Right-click on the Project name ->New->Schematic. The schematic window will open. Inside
the schematic window:

Fabrication Using Prototyping Machine
Stick your “FR-4 material” (Copper Board) on machine bed using 2-way tape or any other clamp.
Plug engraving bit in spindle motor and connect one terminal of leveller probe in engraving bit and another one
terminal of leveller probe stick on FR4 material (copper board).
Using the “hand-remote” adjust the X, Y and Z axis and set the origin point.
Select X-axis and press “=0” button and set X = 0 & Select Y-axis and press “=0” button and set Y = 0.
Then you can select Z-axis and rotate hand-wheel in hand-remote and move to 2 mm. Now the Z = 2.
Press the “cycle start” button in Mach3mill and start the “auto surface detection” operation.
After completing the surface detection it will come to starting position with Z = 20 mm. Then remove the probe
and press “cycle start” button and it will start engraving.
After completing the Top Layer it will come to starting position, then change the drill bit and drill four corner
of your circuit board with bed.
