influence people in manner. (Table 1)

and consultation approaches most affective
compared to using pressure tactics
 Depends heavily on the skills of the person
applying the tactics, the organization’s
culture and the position the person.

power all the time.
 Usually seek to increase their power
individually by forming a coalition.
 A coalition is a informal group bound
together by a common purpose but
whereby individual members would join
with their own personal objectives.
