countries, is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world.
• Founded by Michel Leclercq in 1976.
• It started to expand in India in 2009.

department, finance and accounts department, logistics department, retail
department, production department, IT department.

SHRINKAGE, LOSS AND PREVENTION
The store has 24/7 CCTV surveillance facility which guards the store to prevent
any shrinkage. The store has 4 security guards and when customer goes out
then proper checking is done and if he purchases anything then bill is
checked and matched with the product purchased.
The store has a separate security room in which a security guards keeps a
check on the store.
