• suggestions are the utterances given for giving a way out for others over the problem. This solution can
be given in suggestion form. Typically, these suggestions are used to share opinions and solve a
particular problem.Suggestions are abstract and can be in form of solution, advice,plan and idea. It can
be accepted or refused
OFFERS

• Offer Means to give something physical or abstract to someone, which can be taken as gift or a trade
Offer can be given in terms of food, money, solutions, friendship or a bargain. It can be taken or refused
