People are really scared in using
digital mode of payments
because they feel it is not safe
 People over there are still not
much receptive in taking money
from E-wallets
They can sense danger and feel
lot of scams can happen in this
People are misusing and making
a fool out of people by this
How people took advantage of
him
 This has made him and his
surroundings of not trusting and
accepting e-wallets easily
This has made my life hassle
free and easier in everything
How customers had fooled him
by sharing some other
screenshots of previous
transactions of e-wallet
Never had time to validate the
mobile screens and believed the
people at that point of time
… particular situation actually
made me very cautious and it
further decreased my trust on
these online portals.
One positive thing about these
online apps is that I get to know
about all the offers and
cashbacks that they have.
My awareness is still low.
 I prefer to use cash only and if
some product does not have an
option of cash on delivery, I
usually don’t buy that.
Cash feels like real money.
You tend to over spend using
such methods.
