This following text is for question number 7-9
Who is Tuanku Imam Bonjol? Tuanku Imam Bonjol whose original name is Muhammad Syahab,
was born in Tanjung Bunga, West Sumatra in 1772. During his teen years, he used to be called Peto
Syarif. After studying religion in Aceh (1800-1802), he was called Malim basa. In 1803, Malim Basa
returned to Minangkabau and studied at Tuanku Nan Renceh. He was the beloved disciple of
Tuanku Nan Renceh. Malim Basa learnt a lot of war lessons from Tuanku Nan Renceh.
In 1807 Malim Basa established a Castle at the foot of the Tajadi hill which was later named
Imam Bonjol. From then on he was known as Tuanku Imam Bonjol. At that time in Minangkabau,
there was a great contradiction between the Padris (clerics) with customary camp. In the
beginning, this conflict only involved the customary camp and the clerics. But as the position of
customary camp became increasingly pressed, the Indigenous people then sought help from the
Dutch.
Since then, the Dutch have intervened in the opposition in Minangkabau. Then the Dutch
began to establish a fort in Batu Sangkar and in Bukit Tinggi to strengthen its position. Tuanku Imam
Bonjol had many followers who made the Dutch overwhelmed. Especially at the same time, the
Dutch were also cornered with the Diponegoro War so that the Dutch felt the need to "make
temporary peace" with the clerics to divert the power in Java against the Diponegoro War.
After the end of the Diponegoro war, the Dutch again attacked the headquarters of Tuanku
Imam Bonjol. But Tuanku Imam Bonjol was a reliable warlord so that the Dutch had to exert
additional help and cunning tactics. Thus, to arrest Tuanku Imam Bonjol, the Dutch used dirty
methods by inviting him for negotiations around Bukit Gadang and Seven Lurah. And there Tuanku
Imam Bonjol was arrested on October 25, 1937.
Tuanku Imam Bonjol was then detained in Bukit Tinggi and exiled from Cianjur to Ambon and
last in Manado. Tuanku Imam Bonjol finally died in Manado on November 8, 1864. The government
awarded the title of National Hero to him based on Presidential Decision Letter No. 087/TK/1973.

travel through India in 1974 seeking enlightenment and studying Zen Buddhism. Jobs’ declassified FBI report
stated that an acquaintance knew that Jobs had used the illegal drugs marijuana and LSD while he was in
college. Jobs once told a reporter that taking LSD was “one of the two or three most important things” he
did in his life.
Jobs and Wozniak co-founded Apple in 1976 to sell Wozniak’s Apple I personal computer. The
visionaries gained fame and wealth a year later for the Apple II, one of the first highly successful mass-
produced personal computers. In 1979, after a tour of PARC, Jobs saw the commercial potential of the
Xerox Alto, which was mouse-driven and had a graphical user interface (GUI). This led to the development
of the unsuccessful Apple Lisa in 1983, followed by the breakthrough Macintosh in 1984.
In addition to being the first mass-produced computer with a GUI, the Macintosh
introduced the sudden rise of the desktop publishing industry in 1985 with the addition of the
Apple LaserWriter, the first laser printer to feature vector graphics. Following a long power
struggle, Jobs was forced out of Apple in 1985.
After leaving Apple, Jobs took a few of its members with him to found NeXT, a computer
platform development company specializing in state-of-the-art computers for higher-education
and business markets. In addition, Jobs helped to initiate the development of the visual effects
industry when he founded the spinout of the computer graphics division of George Lucas’s
Lucasfilm in 1986. The new company, Pixar, would eventually produce the first fully computer-
animated film, Toy Story—an event made possible in part because of Jobs’s financial support.
In 1997, Apple merged with NeXT. Within a few months of the merger, Jobs became CEO of
his former company, reviving Apple on the verge of bankruptcy. Beginning in 1997 with the
“Think different” advertising campaign, Jobs worked closely with designer Jonathan Ive to
develop a line of products that would have larger cultural ramifications: the iMac, iTunes and
iTunes Store, Apple Store, iPod, iPhone, App Store, and the iPad. Mac OS was also revamped
into OS X (renamed “macOS” in 2016), based on NeXT’s NeXTSTEP platform. Jobs was
diagnosed with a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor in 2003 and died on October 5, 2011, of
respiratory arrest related to the tumor.

Long long time ago, in a faraway palace, there lived a beautiful princess. She was very pretty, with blue
eyes and long black hair. Her skin was smooth and white, so she was called Snow White. Snow White has a
stepmother who was always jealous with her beauty, while her father has passed away. Her Stepmother was
cruel. She had a magic mirror that could say who was the most beautiful women in the country.
One day, her stepmother asked to magic mirror that which woman was the most beautiful in the
country. The magic mirror answered that Snow White was the most beautiful woman. Her stepmother was very
angry, then asked her servant to get rid of snow white from this kingdom. The servant was asked to kill snow
white in the woods but the servant didn’t do it. He just took snow white into the wood and left her alone but her
stepmother didn’t know that snow white was still alive.
In the forest, Snow White was alone and scared. She did not know where she should go. Suddenly she saw a
quaint little cottage. She wondered who lived there and then she decided to get into the house.
In the house, she saw 7 small beds and a kitchen. Snow White cleaned up the house such as washing
clothes, cleaned the bed and others. After working so hard, she went to bed and slept there. In the afternoon,
the seven dwarfs who lived in the cottage went home. They were surprised to see there was a young woman
there. One of them waked her up and asked who she was. Snow White told them her sad story. The seven
dwarfs felt pity on Snow White and they asked her to stay with them in the house. While in the palace, then
stepmother asked the magic mirror one again who the most beautiful woman in the kingdom was. The magic
mirror answered that Snow White was still alive and lived in a small house with the seven dwarfs. She was still the
most beautiful woman in the world. The stepmother was angry and she planed something bad for Snow White.
Then stepmother disguised herself as an old woman who sold poisoned apple and went to the
dwarf’s house. Before the seven dwarfs went to work, they warned Snow White not to open the door to
strangers. When her stepmother arrived to the house, she began offering Snow White’s apple. Snow
White refused to open the door but her stepmother forced her. Snow white felt sorry to her and opened
the door. She took the apple from her mother and ate it. After eating the poisoned apple, she fainted
and felt to the ground with the poisoned apple on her side.
In the evening, when the seven dwarfs came home, they were surprised to see Snow White lying on
the floor with a pale face and a poisoned apple beside her. The seven dwarfs were sad to see Snow
White which was dying but she did not dead. Then the seven dwarfs decided to make a beautiful bed
made of crystal to make Snow White still alive.
Day by day, the seven dwarfs were waiting for a miracle to come so that Snow White could get back
from her faint. Then one day, there was a traveler who was actually a prince of another kingdom that
was so far. He saw a beautiful woman laid on a bed of crystals. The prince also asked what happened to
the girl to the dwarfs. Then the dwarfs told him what had happened to Snow White. Hearing the story, the
prince was so sad. He was coming closer to snow white. He felt sorry and kissed her. Suddenly Snow White
came to. The curse was broken by the prince’s kiss. The dwarfs were so happy. Then the prince asked
Snow White to come to his place and marry her. Finally they lived happily ever after.

Do you ever heard about Kraton Yogyakarta? Kraton Yogyakarta or Sultan Palace was built
in 1756 by Prince Mangkubumi (Hamengkubuwono I) as a center of the Kingdom
Ngayogyakarta. The palace building stretches from north to south. In the north front side of the
palace you can find the square also called “Plaza North” and at the backyard is called
“Southern Square”.
The inner Palace is the center of the compound and is decorated with beautiful ornaments
and has teak wood structures in its interior. Inside the inner palace is the Sultan’s work room and
library where he used to carry out his work. There is also a special room for royal weddings and
for the inauguration of Princes or Princesses.
The most important area in the inner palace is Bangsal Prabayeksa, a hall where sacred
weapons are kept. On permanent display in the hall are a collection of keris, spears, knifes,
arrows, war uniforms and guns. Once a year, in the Suro month, a Javanese month, the
weapons are cleaned during a sacred ceremony.

on the water's temperature.
A shark has to keep moving because it needs to breathe through its gills to keep alive. When sharks are hungry,

have up to forty two babies (which are called pups) at a time. When the pups are born, they leave straight away
because the mother shark does not have teats.
Some sharks have their pups in different ways, some lay eggs while others have them alive. When they are born,
