showing a strong positive linear relationship between dependent variables
(Project performance) and independent variables (team work,
communication, training & development and leadership).

Coefficients
 Sig value of ind. Variables greater than 0.05 means the respective
hypothesis rejected, and lesser than 0.05 means respective
hypothesis is accepted.

 Since, all the Sig. P values are lower than 0.05 which means that,
all the alternative hypothesis are accepted.
Conclusion
 There is strong positive correlation between independent
variables and dependent variables.

 Hence, it is concluded that corporate culture dimensions

(teamwork, communication, training & development and
leadership) has significant relationship with project performance.

 If there is no teamwork, lack of communication , less training &

development and poor leadership it will affect the Project
Performance of the Project.
