Introduction
• Homosexuals and queer identities are being accepted more widely
among Indian youth today as compared to before, but within families,
homes and schools, their acceptance and freedom to openly express
their gender choices still remain a constant struggle.
• We need to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and
everyday experience. Which means that we need people to change
stereotypes.
