person’s coordination,
balance, and flexibility. It
requires precise movements of
gymnastics skill such as split,
stunts and jumps.

Cheerleading and cheer dancing is two


terms with similarities and differences.
Cheerleading requires precise
movements because of the stunts used
with the inclusion of gymnastics skills. It
is an art and a sport with a combination
of dynamic movements that excites the
audience.
Cheer dancing is the part where the
cheerleaders dance. It has chants
and provides popular music to make
the presentation more exciting and
fun.
Cheer leaders undergo series of
exercises for body strengthening and
flexibility. Thus, safety measures are
highly encourage to prevent injuries
and any form of damage.
