making the cable have
contact with the tower metal
body as well as the site

immediately.

Hazard the team stopped the
travelling and have a rest in
the nearest safe rest point
till the weather became in
stable conditions .

 The Snake Site

During our visit to site xxxx the team

informed us that they found a snake
in the AMP 30 cabinet .

We stopped the activity in the site

immediately and close the cabinet –
Also we informed the NFM team of
the area .

This case already reported to H&S

team within few minutes – also we
transferred this case to all the
working teams to hold any activities
in this site .

regarding preparing risk
assessments.

 Working At Heights Regulations
-2 Certified riggers must be available in the site with
2 full approved PPE’s equipped ( Harness , Helmet ,
Safety Shoes ,………).

-One is working at height & the other is standby for

any emergency case .

-During alignment activities in the one site must be 2

available riggers : so make alignment in the site then
the other or increase number of riggers to be 2 at
each site during alignment .

-To raise up antennas or other equipments above the

tower you are requested to use approved fixed
rollers & ropes – also you are requested to use gloves
during that .
-No working at heights after sunset .

-During working at heights always attached your

harness to the tower members .

on highways during travelling to the sites .

Our Target is to make sure that they will achieve their targets and back
home to their families safely .

Mentalities must be change as H&S rules are not just rules to follow but
they are a life style we must use in our business and even in our personal
life .
