right now.
SCIENCE JOURNALISM
 render very detailed, specific, and often
jargon-laden information produced by
scientists into a form that non-scientists
can understand and appreciate while still
communicating the information accurately.

public. The field typically involves
interactions between scientists, journalists,
and the public.

Remember these criteria in crafting your
paper…

 TECHNICAL
 Observe the rules of grammar and syntax;
 Conform with the principles of organization and
progression of ideas;
 If possible, exhibit creative presentation;
 Combine colorful and figurative language to present facts
 Use a catchy title;
 Sustain interest of the readers;
 Utilize appropriate feature type to emphasize the relevance
of the topic

 Cite facts to bolster credibility of statements;
 Present a new angle or pieces of information about the
topic that are timely and interesting to read;
 Stir the imagination of the readers;
