A Circle is a set of
points in the xy
plane that are a
fixed distance r from
a fixed point (h,k),
where (h,k) is the
center of the circle
and r is the radius.
A dormant volcano at (0,0) has started to erupt. People living or residing
near the area are told to leave the 6km radius danger zone. A family is
located at 3km east and 4km north. Is the family within the danger zone?
