USES:
An ancient spice . Cardamom is sweetly fragrant with a
slightly pungent flavor, and is used to add a unique taste to
rice, meat, vegetables and as an essential ingredient in
cooking.
Flavoring to coffee, teas, confectionery and baked goods.
Medicinal preparations . Cardamom is used to treat
indigestion and nausea.
Removes bad breath in the form of chewing gum
Capsule of cardamom taken with honey is reputed to improve
eyesight

Preservatives for food processing industry . The oil of
cardamom seeds is known to be antibacterial so is mainly used
