IV.EVALUATION
Draw at least two of your favorite healthful food in the box and another two of your
favorite less healthful food. Don’t forget to put a label and make sure to color it. Be
creative!
V.ASSIGNMENT
At home, write down the names of foods you had at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Use
the chart below to record your meals. In the next meeting, tell the class which foods
you ate are healthful and less healthful.
