Teacher will present different pictures with the use of projector and
let the students share to the class their observation regarding to the
given pictures.

Teacher will discuss the different physical fitness definition and its
uses. Let the student give the definition of the following:
a. Cardiovascular Endurance
b. Agility

E. Analysis Oral:
Teacher will ask questions and call random name of students to
answer. It will serve as an oral recitation.
Questions:
1. What is cardiovascular endurance? What are the uses of it?
2. What if you perform a balance every day?
3. Give 2 examples of exercises that use a muscular endurance.
4. If your body is lack of exercises, what are the possible effects?

Teacher will discuss the basic information of the different physical


fitness and its uses. What is the importance of it? And what are the
ways to have a healthy body.

F. Abstraction
Teacher will call out random name of students and let them guess
the given jumbled letters in a span of 10 minutes, students who
failed to guess will either sing or dance.
