Homogeneity of yarn

tension so all migrations related issues
are not present.

homogeneity in blend across cross-section
and better dyeing appearance .

Pilling
Comforjet yarns are having less pilling tendency due to
following reasons-
1. Less protruding fibers as compared to ring spun.
2. Lower mass variation as compared to ring spun leading
to less no. of thick places . In ring spun yarn such thick
places form soft places as twist is less. Yarn will have
less holding power for its constituent fibres and will
easily come out due to abrasion.
3. Wrapper fibres present in Comforjet yarns makes fibre
cohesion better and hence less pilling.
