Red Site MC QOS Optimization Guide

This document provides guidelines for optimizing Red Sites with high payload and poor KPIs. It outlines 58 Red Sites totaling 785 cells that need attention. The action plan involves checking coverage, load balancing, and handover settings to reduce PRB usage below 90% and optimize CSSR, SDR, and CQI through adjustments to power levels, timers, and antenna tilts based on the specific failure reasons identified. The overall goal is to clear CSSR issues first, then SDR, and lastly CQI to improve network performance at overloaded sites.

to reduce PRB <90% & User <185 JAYAPURA Sri 6

Standalone – Non Optimize Grand Total 58
High Payload – Non Optimize
Colo & Surounding High Capacity – Non Optimize
Radio Part - Optimize

Action Plan Radio Part:

Step 1 : Check TA & Netmax Coverage if overshoot can reduce Rs or selQrxLevMin
Step 2 : If Colo multi band/Surounding & not balance can modify prbLBExeThrdZDl/prbLBExeThrdZUl
Step 3 : Check IFHO If bad can modify CellIndivOffset both way

MC QOS is bad KPI CSSR/SDR/CQI each cell have class with different target, need JAYAPURA Sri 61
to clear 1st CSSR 2nd SDR last CQI because CSSR have high weighting. MANOKWARI Zayyan 96

How to Remark:
1. CSSR = RRC x S1 x Erab (Can use template 4G Analysis Z)
Find wich one have big degradation between RRC/S1/Erab then find failure reason
-RRC/ Erab : Radiolinktimeout/Msg 3 & Msg 5/uu quality is coverage issue can modify selQrxLevMin or Rs Power
: Msg 4 is downink issue can modify initial Prach power, Rrc Setup timer, ue fail timer, neighbour & SNR
-S1 : Get counter Twamp, Delay & Alarm need check which one have issue & remark release HCR

2. SDR/ERAB Drop
if due to uu quality is coverage issue can modify selQrxLevMin or Rs Power
If due to timeout/radiolink fail can modify Prach power, Rrc Setup timer, ue fail timer

3. CQI need to check overshooting from compare TA & ISD Sectoral, if overshoot need to reduce RS or downtilt
