Ukrainian red borsch is work of the millennial Ukrainian culinary art.
Biggest- selling food is on the table of Ukrainians. He is prepared mainly on meat and
bone broth from cabbage, potato, carrot, bow, dill and beet, due to which he is
painted a crimson color.
Among the most delicious foods of our country there is home sausage. It prepares
mainly from pork and fat.
Dumplings w garlic – butter buns of small size that have the Ukrainian origin.
They can be given in place of bread both to the first and to second, dishes.
Dumpling w garlic– ideal adding to Ukrainian borsch.
Jellied meat – Ukrainian food, which prepares with a bow, by laurel leaves by a,
black pepper after an age old recipe. He is prepared from the different types of
meat and given with horse-radish.
Bacon with a garlic since olden times uses the special popularity in the Ukrainian
people.
Dumplings are classic Ukrainian food from the boiled dough with filling. Prepare
dumplings sweet with the fruit and berries fillings, cheese, meat, cabbage,
potato.
