ratio of boys also increased who are making
career in HR analytics.

services provided by Google.

• The sample size is 100 randomly selected

college students

tool (Correlation and Regression)
RESULTS

Gender

Cumulative
  Frequency Percent Valid Percent Percent
Valid Male 43 43.0 43.0 43.0

Female 57 57.0 57.0 100.0

Total 100 100.0 100.0

• P-value for all correlation coefficient is .000.
It’s not technically zero. SPSS does not give p-
values to more than three decimal places.
The statistical hypothesis test for the p value is
Ho = there is no significant relationship
Ha = there is a statistically significant
relationship
Since p-value < 0.05 reject the null hypotheses
and the relationship among all the factors is
significant.
CONCLUSION
• Perception of students toward HR analytics is
changing and more number of students are
making career in the field of HR
• Awareness and knowledge are considered the
most important factors as their correlation is
high as compared to other factors.
• The significance of HR analytics is high among
the students.
FUTURE SCOPE
• This study can further used to analyse more
factors which will determine the importance
and interest of students towards HR analytics
• Since the role of HR analytics is important in
organisations, higher education institutes are
changing themselves to make students ready
