My draft plan came back with
Teacher- learner feedback graffiti all over! I was devastated. It
post FA was difficult to accept that I had
made so many mistakes. But as I
went through the faculty comments
and suggestions everything fell in
place gradually. My final version
was a lot better.
The practice session of course threw
up a lot of surprises. But by now I
had understood that it was ok if I did
not have a perfect class! It was
important that I was reflecting and
learning….
