In the video they talked about tips to start a healthy life, know

how to eat healthy, eat fruits, make smoothies, drink water and
you should practice a physical activity that is of your preference,
my opinion is that it is very important to take care of yourself and
love yourself, this helps us having a better version of one, doing
physical activity motivates and thus good habits and
achievements are created to improve day by day
