aspires to be a stand-up comic at night…but finds the

• Joker had a decent budget for a film it was $55-70 Million and as this is a
business they wanted to make profit so they set about advertising and getting it
talked about in the news.
• Joker was promoted on nearly every popular platform, Facebook, Instagram
Twitter etc this would increase the viewing of the film prior to release in October.
• Around October time is a spooky season so this fit in well and many would dress
up as joker for Halloween therefore increasing the growth of it.
• Due to this the box office made an astonishing $1.074 Billion this would put it at
the number 31 top for earnings (Avengers End Game being 1st)
• The budget to profit ratio is 1:19 for a film this is amazing achievement and
excludes there merchandise.

 • This is where joker will target there audience to make it more appealing to the

• Audience interests the film is mainly targeted towards people who have an
interest in the DC universe and chime, thriller films ,the film is mainly about
the joker character going slowly insane after not being listened to for years
and treated like dirt.

perfectly reasonable to do so.
