 What is Research
Proposal?
Having decided to pursue a research study, the
researcher needs to develop a written plan or protocol as
a guide for the study. This plan is called proposal.

Proposal needs to get “approval” or “consent” from

the authority or the client.

Proposal should answer the following questions;

√ Why the proposed study is important?
√ What information will be obtain?
√ Where the study will be conducted?
√ How the study will be conducted?
√ What contribution is going to make with the proposed
research?
