• Owing to
It is the word most frequently used to give reason or cause.
It is translated as “por que”.
It can be used at the beginning or in the middle of a sentence,
although it ir more frequently in the middle.
If it is going to be followed by a noun, we have to use “of”

“Learning English is important because it is an international language”


It is used in the same way as “because” It is translated as “ya que”
