• Communicate with teammates ,staff, about culture of
organization on the both formal and informal way
• Aware them for misunderstanding culture
Empower
• Some time even the work welldone,environment is more
frustrating ,they should be motivated to such a way that
felling ownership can be built on them.
• Team ( Staff) should be encouraged to autonomous,
deciding their own trading needs, staff recruitments and
allocating their budget ,it helps to them to be used to in
organization culture.
Hire it
• While hiring new employee, manager, leader into your
organization ,be sure that your team has tools to
determine that he/she id able to fit on the organization
culture or not
Reward it
• Find the way to rewards others who the best demonstrate
the culture you want ,make example and reward it, so that
others will be motivate and inspire to follow the
organization culture
