 The word ’balance’ implies that it takes a balanced and well- rounded
approach to measuring a business’s performance.
 The Balanced scorecard looks at financial and non-financial performance
measure to gauge business performance for long-term success of any
business.
 To alogn business activities to the vision of the business ,and monitor
business performance against strategic goals.
