We can use the Tre (ABC) in childhood we learn
operation schemes that are automated for economy of
our behavior. For example we learn to speak, walk, write
and automate. Also we learn to deal with situations that
are every day and react to certain events, such as
fighting, dropouts, etc. and automate this. The problem
arises when learning that would be correct in those
circumstances is not when we become adults, because
circumstances have changed or because we have skills
and opportunities we did not when we were kids. These
schemes are triggered automatically and we can
produce a feeling or depressed mood chronically
without clear reasons. The treatment of these schemes
can be made according depending of the person.
