System Approach Of Management
 System is a set of interrelated parts that function as
a whole to achieve a common purpose.
 System function by acquiring inputs from the
external environment, transforming them in some
way and discarding output back to the environment.
 Each system has several parts each being known as
sub-system.
 It define open and closed system.
 This theory describe org as open system that are
characterized by entropy(tendency for system to run
down and die), synergy(concept that the whole is
greater than the sum of its parts) and
subsystem(parts of system that depend on one
another for their functioning).
