Nutrition affects a person's immunity and health

Malnutrition affects brain activity and development

Children who had malnutrition have less alpha brain wave activity

It causes energy loss

• Lowers academic performance of children 

• - Causes lethargy and drowsiness

• Poor quality of life for the elderly and those who suffer from it

• Affects emotional well-being, causes depression and cognitive impairment
