 Source of water is from bore well , Municipal water and provision for

 Raw water shall be treated with necessary water treatment for Domestic

Water &  Rain water pipes from roof top shall be 110mm dia rain water pipes

 The portable fire extinguishers shall be provided as per NFPA 10,


standards for portable fire extinguishers. However, additional fire

Pump Head Calculation:


 Total height of the building – 53.70M (from stilt floor to 10th floor level)
PRESSURE  A minimum of 3.50 kg/cm2 of pressure required to be provided at the
REGULATION farthest/last hydrant point. (I.e. in the terrace floor last hydrant)
 Basements height – 2.90M
 Plus, a minimum of 10% of Hydraulic pressure loss is considered in the
entire system. ( However Hydraulic calc is also provided with DBR)
 = (53.70+2.90+35.0) x 1.1 = 100.76MWC
 So, the fire pumps are selected with a head of 100 MWC @ 10.0 kg/cm2 to
deliver the necessary pump pressure.

 2 no’s gas bankS of size (11.0m x 2.5m) planned to accommodate one


LPG GAS working and one standby bank with a fire rated partition wall between the

SYSTEM  Bank capacity shall not be more than 1000kgs as per CCOE / NBC/ is 6044/
OISD 162 guidelines.

 Bank with 60 no’s cylinders each for 10 days of refill capacity so that
capacity is less than 1000kg for working.

 From the bank, main gas pipes are taken through flat utility duct area.

 Building Blocks are planned with HVAC DX-System for all the floors.

 The indoor units shall be Hi-wall split units / cassette units, Fan coil
units or ducted type depending upon the internal

ACMV system  The outdoor units shall be located at Floor level/ceiling supported
level based on the Architectural/Client confirmed locations.

 DX-system individual AC split units are planned only for Bedrooms,

corresponding AC load approximately 1.5 TR to 2.0 TR for each AC
Residential Unit.

 BASEMENT VENTILATION SYSTEM:

 Basement 2 is bifurcated into 2 zones and basement 1 is bifurcated into 4


zones.
 Each zone is planned with one blower room and jet fans.
Mechanical  Exhaust air for basements is designed for 6ACPH in normal mode ,12ACPH in

 Normally blowers to operate at 6ACPH
System  Noise levels for Axial fan & Centrifugal fan are 85DB and 75DB respectively
 Jet fans & AXIAL FANS are controlled by PLC PANEL
 Jet fans are provided to move exhaust air up to the exhaust shaft, then
further the same is moved by Axial fans
 BASEMENT VENTILATION SYSTEM:

 All blowers operated through timer based & can be integrated with BMS/
Mechanical fire panel

Ventilation  In Fire Mode, Fire panel signal will supersede the operation of the basement
ventilation system
System  As per NBC Fresh air to be planned with fresh air cut-outs with an area
equivalent as 2.5% of the basement floor area.
Note:-(Given ventilation cutouts is above 2.5%. So, forced fresh air ventilation is
not provided.)

 The system will operate as a psychological and physical barrier for the
Trespassers.
 Total Length of the fence is divided by no of Zones, hence the Trespassers shall
be quickly identified.
 Each zone length is considered maximum up to 200 meters.
Solar Fence  Main Control Panel is located at the Main gate Security Room, provided with
Hooter for alarm intimation.

in a protected place, preferably near Security Cabin.

 Building Energy Management System is proposed to Monitor Live Parameters & to Maintain
the records of Energy, Water, Gas meters .
 Provided Billing software module, the Bill is generated based on the Owner’s / customer
usage.
 All Meters are Looped with RS 485 communication and are connected to the nearest

BEMS Ethernet switches with required convertors.


 The Meters with out RS 485 direct output are connected to an Pulse controllers and are
converted from Pulse to RS 485 Output.
 Ethernet Switches are provided in the Basement-1 Communication Room, for connectivity
of the meters.
 4/ 2 core 1.5 Sq.mm. Shielded Cables are used for Looping of the meters of RS 485 Output.
 CAT6 cables are Used to connect the Pulse Output meters to pulse to RS485 convertors.
 Cloud Based Tool shall be added to the BEMS software, in which the parameters shall be
monitored in Mobile / Tab / Laptops ( Optional).
