2. Select file with the file extension as “.ND” and “TLG”.
3. Now right click on “.ND/>TLG” and select the rename option.ADD
the word which is “.old” once You insert an extension.
4. Press Enter.
Step 3. Recreate the damaged folder
1. Make a new Folder in your drive: C
2. Open the folder where you store your company files.
3. Locate the “.qbw” file.
4. Right click on the .qbw file and click “copy”.
5. Make a new Folder and paste which you copied.
6. Make an “access” so that the customer can easily share the
company files and solve the queries.
7. Now you open the QuickBooks file from the new location.
