OBJECTIVE:
Centunion aims to introduce its steel flyover technology to the
Philippine government by way of Unsolicited Proposal for the
development of the above flyovers, with financing facility through
grant from the Spanish government.
 
However, the Unsolicited Proposal needs to be supported by
feasibility studies to prove the viability of each proposed flyover
before it could be presented to the Philippine government for
approval hence, this proposal.
