ACTIVITIES
To attend to approved requisitions needed by
thematic groups.
To follow up on other thematic groups to ensure
seamless activities.
To reconcile and update stock status for the day.
To prepare the daily report for the pillar.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS
Issued required commodities to pillars as approved.
Successfully updated the stock status for the day.
 Prepared and sent the daily and report to the EOC
secretariat.
Successfully provided necessary commodities to all
community testing centers.
Successfully received commodities procured by
Oyo State Government.

CHALLENGE(S)
• VTM, Universal bottles, surgical gloves and Surgical
Face Masks are out of stock.
• The pillar needs Air Conditioners (ACs) to keep the
assigned office and stores at optimal temperature for the
proper storage of commodities.
• Whenever there is no electricity and generating source of
power, the logistics office and store always look very
dark

RECOMMENDATIONS AND NEXT STEPS
 Need for continuous replenishment of
VTM, Swab Sticks and other items as
they are been utilized.
Need to be connected to inverter source
of power.
Judicious usage of available commodities.
