This is a complex institution composed of
mulitipurpose transforming Theatre , library and
community centre.
Its fissure like form let sunlight the deep centre of
building
Developed in the workshops with locals the spaces
were designed based on some aesthetic experiences –
human scale , the usability of rooms
It has the inconsistent spaces

MULTIPURPOSE THEATRE:
This theatre has varying configurations such as flat
floor , normal , centre stage to be used for various
events .
The movable seats adapting to multi-configurations
with perfect acoustics was designed for this theater.
Seats of the first floor can gathered at the back side of
the theater and it stored in the pit underneath. The
stage also decends for flat floor configration.
THEATRE
LIBRARY AND PLANETARIUM:
“Super Box” - Theater, Citizen Activity Room, Gallery
and north and south Pocket Parks combined. These
facilities can be connected together to make a 135
meter long, dynamic and spacious tunnel.
Planetarium floats above Library like a moon. Only
four bending columns support it, and there are
skylights around of it. The large open space of the
library, achieved with minimum structure elements,
has space for about 220 thousands volumes and there
are a total of 188 browsing seats. Users can choose
from these various browsing spaces

Activity Centre and Library
The Activity Centre and Library is ensconced in a
small but airy and bright room right next to the amphi
theatre. With a largely glass faced wall, it looks out
into the greenery as you get comfortable with the
several books that we have here.
AMPHITHEATRE
The Amphi theatre is
located right in the centre of
the property and is an
inviting patch of stepped
green to add to the ambient
beauty of the Gram. With a
capacity to house around
200 people at a time, the
Amphi theatre often hosts
dance and music programs
which enthrall the guests.
 PHARMACY
Pharmacy has a complete
range of both classical and
proprietary Ayurvedic
herbal formulations totaling
400 from the pioneers in
Ayurveda-Kerala Ayurveda
Limited. (KAL), a public
limited company listed in all
major stock markets in India
TREATMENT CENTRE
Typical of the classic houses,
it has high gabled openings
and a ridged roof, the shape
of which resembles the
famous snake boats of
Kerala. The house has been
divided into two identical
halves, comprising of four
treatment suites each for
ladies and gentlemen.
YOGA HALL It is an architectural
splendor with massive
pillars with beautiful
carvings. An ideal venue for
cultural performances,
recreation, yoga and
meditation. With an area of
169. sq. mt. this assembly
hall can accommodate a
gathering of 75 people, a
magical spot only to be seen
to be believed.
