We are pioneer in the business of Bio-degradable Eco Friendly Products, We

are in this industry for the past 5 years. We at “Eco Friendly Concept” involved in
Manufacturing and Exporting of Areca leaf Bi-products.

Areca Leaf stealth Bi-Products are called as Areca Plates / Areca Palm Leaf
Plates / Palm Leaf Plates / Bio Plates / Natural plates / Disposable Plates / Eco
friendly Bio-Degradable Dinner Plates / Kitchenware’s / Dinnerware’s.
We produce Areca Plates, Areca bowls, Areca cups and Areca disposable
cutleries. As a manufacturer, we have set our products to meet international
quality standards through optimized manufacturing process with Hygienic
conditions, trained and skilled operational personnel and dedicated quality
assurance systems.
Our Areca products are made in the most hygienic way. We are making the QC
inspection for each and every plate as part of the production. There are no
chemicals or additives used in our areca products. It is 100% chemical free. We
produce standard sizes and Tailor made attractive shapes / sizes as per our
esteemed international customers’ requirements.
Our Areca leaf plates are 100% bio-degradable and compostable. These are
hygienic, non-odorous, non-toxic, Microwave, Freezer safe and light weight. In
addition our areca bi-products are handy, leak proof and can withstand hot and
cold temperatures.
India has abundant betel nut trees and each tree sheds 10 to 15 leaves every year, our
products are manufactured from fallen dry sheds of Betel nut trees. The palm leaf when
dried will fall from the tree and it is collected from the farms fresh and after collecting
fallen leaves that would normally be burned, steam, heat and pressure is applied to
transform the leaves into durable products that will naturally biodegrades in fewer than
2 months after disposal.

The disposable leaf plates are made with leaves/sheath of betel-nut tree, a palm family
which is a renewable source. Hence no trees are cut for manufacturing these products. 

The betel-nut trees are grown in hilly areas without any assistance of fertilizers and
hence there will not be any trace of pesticides in the leaves.

The sheath which primarily protects the betel-nut in the tree falls naturally once it is
dried. The fallen leaves are collected fresh from the farm and stored properly.

These leaves were cleaned with fresh water before manufacturing the plates. There are
no chemicals/additives used in any of the process. The colours possessed by the areca
leaves are natural and have no harm when contact with food.

We have one of the best facilities for producing a hygienic, safe and beautiful Palm
leaf plates when compared to any other competitors in this Industry. Each process is
carried out with perfection, precision and dedication by our enthusiastic workforce
using sophisticated machines in order to serve our Customer with the best possible
quality out of this naturally gifted leaf raw material.

Our manufacturing facility is located in Sathyamangalam, with an operational area of

20000 square feet. The Process design is implemented in such a way that the quality
is being maintained at high level in each of the process, leaving no stones unturned.

We have sophisticated customised pressing machines in our factory producing the

eco leaf plates, Special purpose machines for cleaning, trimming, packing and
dedicated material handling & storage equipment to handle the products safe and
hygiene in every stage of production.

Even the water used for cleaning is collected and irrigated for the Green cover in the factory premises.
Our products are manufactured from fallen dry sheaths of Betel nut trees. The areca sheath when dried
will fall from the tree and it is collected from the farms fresh and used for making products. These sheaths
are available in plenty in the South India region. The usage of these leaves was started from our
ancestors. We are only making them into attractive shapes to meet the different customer requirements.

MICROBIOLOGICAL TESTING 
These tests are carried out in order to access the presence of fungus, E.coli, and assessment of
plate count.

The results show the Areca leaf products have no presence of E.coli and clean from any
other micro-organisms and safe for food contact.
PRESENCE OF HEAVY METALS TESTING 
These tests are carried out in order to find the presence of metals like Iron, Lead, Copper, Zinc, and
Aluminium Phosphide.

The results show the heavy metal presence is below detectable level and safe for food
contact. 
SENSORY & MIGRATION TEST
These tests are for done in order to assess the products reaction with the food served in it

liquid foods and passes EC No. 1935/2004
BIODEGRADABILITY AND COMPOSTABILITY TESTING
