E 2) Instant Gratification systems Both for customer and employees, something as simple as an app.
The employee can use it to log in his achievement while the customer to share his awesome
experience. With each major point, there follows a small gift. E.g. A dinner for tw0oor a car
perfume for customers. We’ll get loads of share experiences that we’ll use to brand better.
1) Stronger Dealer Ecosystem The dealer ecosystem needs to be picked up fast. Extend loyalty
offers to them, yearly thanks giving etc

A 2) Automation of workplace Some investment needed, but will help in heaps and bounds
especially in Covid-19 times. Will maintain continuity of line
3) Customer Service: Reach out to dissatisfied customers over video calls, try and get their
problems solved to improve social image.
