Services on Quality
Student Treatment and Mentorship for RTPM – DSHS
Grade 12 Work Immersion

Researchers:

Abstract

• In this study, the researchers want to compare between two

medical work immersion partners, NOHSCO and DiagCare, on
their student mentorship for grade 12 work immersion. This study
is beneficial for work immersion partners to know what they have
done or what they still need to do in order to achieve a high quality
mentorship for the students’ future courses in college. The
researchers made a survey questionnaire containing questions
about the experiences of the grade 12 students on their respective
work immersion partners.
Abstract

• The researchers also asked for their overall rating on their experiences
and lessons learned with their respective work immersion partners. This
became the basis of the statistical analysis that the researchers made.
The researchers surveyed 24 students, all coming from grade 12 STEM;
12 students from NOHHSCO and 12 students from DiagCare. The
researchers used t-test: Paired Two Sample for Means in the analyzing
and interpreting data. In conclusion, it has been found out that there is a
significant difference between NOHHSCO and DiagCare on the quality
student treatment and mentorship for RTPM -DSHS Grade 12 Work
Immersion.
DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION

6. So in the scale of 1 to 10, how will you rate your experience gained and learning?
(1 being the least, 10 being the highest.)

• If t-test < CV= accept Ho; if t-test > CV= reject Ho.
Hence, 3.506296857 is > 2.20098516, we reject Ho and accept Ha.

• Ha: There is a significant difference between NOHSCO and DiagCare on the

quality student treatment and mentorship for RTPM—DSHS Grade 12
Work Immersion.
• Ho: There is no significant difference between NOHSCO and DiagCare on the
quality student treatment and mentorship for RTPM—DSHS Grade 12 Work
Immersion.
SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION

• Based on the data obtained, we conclude that there is a

significant difference between NOHHSCO and DiagCare on the
quality student treatment and mentorship for RTPM—DSHS
Grade 12 Work Immersion. The basis for this is the respondents’
final rating for their work immersion partners because the
objective of this study is to compare both variables using the
students’ experiences. We can also see from the graphs that there
is a major difference between the two variables.
RECOMMENDATIONS

• The researchers would like to recommend the future researchers

to further expand this study to the different communities in our
locality and also widen the range of respondents. In addition,
the researchers would also like to recommend that asides from
merely knowing the factors that affect the mentorship of chosen
firms, the future researchers would also tackle about the
consistency of the government, particularly in the education
department, in following up the students and the benefits it
offers to the people in the chosen firms.
