CASE QUESTIONS
• What do you think Melinda Wilkerson will
do? Is she satisfied with the way she is being
treated?
• What are the behaviors reflected in the case?
Explain the behaviors of Wilkerson and Agua
using the motivation theories.
MY PERSPECTIVE
• I think Melinda Wilkerson will approach the
human resource committee to give her an
opportunity to give talks around the state as
well keeping in mind the fact that she could
lessen the work load and increase her
paycheck.
• No I don’t think she is satisfied with the way
she is being treated because of the following
points:
• Her paycheck was smaller, hours longer and
overwhelming work load
• Not getting proper information about the way
the department functioned
• The human resource committee not
mentioning about the staff benefits that is
going around the state and providing talks that
could benefit the staff
