This presentation is about achievements achieved in 2019-2020 by MMR team in Abha
Technical building. Below slides summary about key achievement.

1.Changed Engine Oil, coolant, batteries and other related material

Changed Engine Oil, coolant, batteries and other related material as per schedule on time to keep units healthy

2. Changed the leaking Glands for Fire Pump.

Replaced glands for both fire pumps as it were leaking

3. Installed Test line for Foam system

Since there was no test line attached to foam line so practical test always a difficult job.
So provided test line and testing can be done without wasting foam

4. New access box point to FCU filter above Ceiling

The access boxes to FCU units filters were not placed on accurate spot since project time.
So provided new access box to all FCU unit in ceiling to create ease for technician to
access unit without any issue

5. Changed all CRAH units Air Filters

As a part of periodic maintenance as per our schedule we changed all the AIR filter for all CRAH unit

6. Immediate response to Erosion caused by Rain

Immediate response was shown the Rain caused heavy erosion. Backfilling was done to the effected
area and diverted the water away from the effected area to avoid any more erosion in future.

• 7. Active actions Pre rains

Weather is monitored on regular interval and all the required actions took on time. Cleaned all the
Sum pits, gravel pits on time to avoid any blockage of water during rain

8.No down time was recorded throughout year

Data Center availability 100%

Successful fire drill activity with Mobily safety team

Battery test for 4 UPS and 12 Rectifier

9. Completed all PMR every as per schedule

All the months of the 2019 and 2020 carried out all PMR on time as per schedule.

10.Followed Energy saving Plan and executed
throughout the year.

Strictly followed the energy saving policy. Concentrated on PUE and took the PUE from 8 to 5.1.
All automatic lights are controlled schedule as per change in sun rise and sun sit.

11. Followed policy and Procedures and made sure no activity done
without recommended P & P.

13. EOP & SOP training was carried out every month
as per schedule.

Every month an EOP & SOP based training is conducted to keep staff well trained and updated

14. Immediate evacuation of water from Septic Tank

in every heavy rain.

During every heavy rain Septic tank is evacuated immediately so that there is no back flow in case
of next rain. Also arranged an emergency submersible pump to deal any emergency situation.

15. Maintained the IFM critical sites in Mobily at
99.999 availability as per Uptime Institute
Standards.  

Following strictly all schedule and standards and made sure 99.999 availability which is Uptime Institute standard

16. Every EIR for site is executed by DCIM.

17. LAN Wifi started work in 1st floor and 2nd floor

Wifi and LAN is now operational on 2 nd and 1st floor

18. Immediate meditation response during every Incident.

Immediate meditation response during every incident happened. Every incident was fully Investigated. Took
precautionary measure so if the incident is preventable to make sure not happen in future.

19. Full support provided during transferring of Access control to central.

Provided all the required support to Mobily to connect the security

cameras to central team.
