Model of the United Nations
WHAT IS MUN?
It is a simulation of the main organs of the UN.
Students represent different countries delegates
and they participate in debates and negotiations.
Educational and cultural event, in which students
have to be trained on international political issues
and the UN organization, in order to acquire a
wide world vision.
MUN FOSTERS STUDENTS TO LEARN:
People´s worries and hopes in the world.
The way in which the UN improves people´s lives.
The appropriate regulation tools and attitude for
international cooperation.
Ways to achieve agreements and solve differences
through peaceful ways.
Importance of cooperation, negotiation, and
tolerance.

Our programs provide a diverse group of informed
college/university students and faculty from all over the
world a forum for addressing global concerns in a real
world context. Our conferences foster ) global citizenship
and address current world issues related to regional
conflicts, peacekeeping, human rights, women and
children, economic and social development, and the
environment. We strive to provide students with a better
understanding of the inner working of the UN and to foster
skills in diplomacy and compromise.
