Checklist of Requirements

Microbiological Testing:
For Water Samples:
• Ask for nascobag from the CRO and
procedure on how to use it.
• Deliver the sample with icebox with the
temperature not more than 10oC
• Submit the sample not later than 6 hours
from the time of collection.
• Acceptance will be on Monday –
Wednesday 8:00AM-2:00PM

Microbiological Testing:
For Food Samples:
• Submit 2 set of packs with at least 250grams
/ milliliters.
• Submitted samples from Thursday – Friday
will be analyzed on Monday.

For Food Processing Environment Monitoring:


• Contact CRO for sampling schedule and
other requirements

Chemical Testing:
For Water Samples:
• Submit 2 set/bottle of a minimum of 1.5
liter each
• Samples for BOD, DO and Residual Chlorine
analyses are accepted every Wednesday and
Thursday at 8:00AM - 1:00PM.
• Advise us at least one day before
submission of samples for Alkalinity and
Residual Chlorine tests

Chemical Testing:
For Food Samples:
• Submit 2 set of a minimum of 250grams

For Food Samples(Nutrition Facts Labeling):


• Submit 2 set of a minimum of 250grams and
3 set of any finish/commercial pack.

For Plants:
• It is always recommended to submit
samples in greater than or equal to 1 liter or
1 kilogram, though prices are indicated
ranging from less than 250ml until more
than 10 kilos are in the brochure.

Calibration:
For Volumetric Calibration:
• The road tanker, tank or test measure
(calibrating bucket) must be thoroughly
cleaned removing all dirt, product residues
and smell of the product.
• Contact CRO for calibration schedule and
other requirements of Road Tanker.

For Mass Calibration:
• Cast iron test weights must be properly
cleaned, without dust and rust, and must be
painted if necessary.

For Digital Devices:


• Digital instrument must be in good
operating condition and must have battery
(full charge) or power cable.
