Ingredients 3 Piece (s) of young corn
1/2 Piece (s) of Onion
3 Piece (s) of roasted poblano
peppers, peeled, deveined and in
slices
6 Piece (s) of Zucchini
2 Bunch (s) of Pumpkin Flower
2 Liter (s) of Chicken Broth
1 Branch (s) of Epazote
Pinch (s) of Salt

Instructions: Cook the corn kernels in enough water with a
pinch of salt. Let them boil just 5 minutes. Drain well. Heat
the oil in a deep saucepan. Add onion and sauté until
transparent. Then add the zucchini and cook until they look
slightly golden. Add the pumpkin blossom and corn kernels.
Pour in the chicken stock and add the epazote. Season with
salt. Let everything boil together for a few minutes so that
the flavors are integrated.
Ingredientes
•3 Pieza(s) de Elotes tiernos
•1/2 Pieza(s) de Cebolla
•3 Pieza(s) de Chiles poblanos asados, pelados, desvenados y en rajas
•6 Pieza(s) de Calabacitas
•2 Manojo(s) de Flor de calabaza
•2 Litro(s) de Caldo de pollo
•1 Rama(s) de Epazote
•1 Pizca(s) de Sal
Instrucciones de preparación
Cuece los granos de elote en suficiente agua con una pizca de
sal. Deja que hiervan solo 5 minutos. Escurre bien.
Calienta el aceite en una cacerola honda. Agrega la cebolla y
sofríe hasta que se vea transparente. Luego añade las calabacitas
y cocina hasta que se vean ligeramente doradas. Incorpora la
flor de calabaza y los granos de elote.
Vierte el caldo de pollo y agrega el epazote. Sazona con sal.
Deja que todo hierva junto durante unos minutos para que los
sabores se integren.
