Food is essential for survival. We all

FOOD
CANNED OR GOURMET TUYO
Refers to the dried fish, which is
commonly called tuyo. It is usually has
a plain or a spicy flavor and canned
after cooking process.
CHILI OIL
Made by cooking together the chili and

Primarily done by soaking and
cooking the ingredients in brine
solution. These food items can be
used as an accompaniment to a
dish, as a dip.
JAMS AND JELLIES
Sweetened preserves which commonly make
use of ripe fruits like mango, pineapple, and
strawberry. They are cooked in heavy syrup
and canned.
