Outline of Classroom Rules
1. Prayer (always start and end the class with prayer, prayer before the meals)

 Online Etiquette and Decorum
1. BE ON TIME. Be ready at least 10 minutes before the
class begins.
2. BE PREPARED. Find COMFORTABLE, quiet, free from
distraction like noise of vehicles or noisy pets, TV,
playful siblings. Look for conducive learning
environment (e.g. plain background)
3. Keep your things nearby especially the things that you
will use in each subject. Organize the things that you
will use.

4. Check if your gadgets and internet connections
work well including the battery of your
laptops/gadgets.
5. BE ATTENTIVE. Pay attention to your teacher
while he/ she is explaining or while your classmate
is speaking. NO MULTITASKING DURING THE ONLINE
CLASS (do NOT DO OTHER activities other than the
one you have right now)
6. Use the icon “raised hand” if you want to speak.

7. Assign the following task/roles temporarily (per subject area) but
later these tasks will be done by the class officers;

 “welcomer” (class president)


 “notetaker/attendance checker” (secretary)
 “linker” (PIO, announcements, links to be sent to their classmates),
 “time keeper” (treasurer),
 “ questioner” (to collect the questions in the chat box, use thinking face
emoji in raising questions, Vice-president).
8. ATTENDANCE
We will use meet attendance in google extension
Check the attendance 5 mins. before the start of the class and check the
attendance again 5 mins. before the class ends.

9. KEEP YOUR CAMERA ON so that your teacher and classmates can see you during
class discussion IF your camera is off automatically you will be marked as absent in
the class.

10. Stay unmute when someone is speaking, turn it on only when you are going to
respond to or ask a question.

11. BE RESPECTFUL.
Just speak at the normal level.
Do not leave the class without permission
12. Wear complete uniform with ID, to be monitored in
the camera. For the girls, tie your hair, no blush-ons,
lipsticks, avoid excessive accessories. For the boys,
decent look.
13. MTWF- Wear your uniform, ThS- wash day, decent
attire.
14. Use chat box only for relevant comments and
questions. STRICTLY NO BAD WORDS, NO VULGAR
COMMENTS,NO TAKING OF SCREENSHOTS, and NO
PROFANE LANGUAGES.
15.AVOID DOING DISTRACTIONS during online class such as making face, playing, and
doing unnecessary gestures.

16. BE SAFE
 Do not give your personal information to others (like your password)
 Give emphasis on cyberbullying

17. These are the things to be checked before online discussion:

microphones,
internet,
 battery
headsets
18. TIME FOR A BACK-UP PLAN. Have a back up of all the files that you will submit.

proper citation must be given to authors

• MWF- Come Holy Spirit, Our Father, 1 Hail Mary
• Every Monday pray the Prayer against COVID-19 (first subject only)
• TTHS- Prayer through the intercession of Blessed Father Marie Eugene
• Prayer at the end of the class: Prayer to the guardian angel
