RECIPE FOR A

MANGO MOUSSE

MANGO MOUSSE AN EASY RECIPE AND FAST TO DO.

• INGREDIENTS:
• Some vanilla cookies
• Some butter
• A little ground cinnamon
• A cream cheese
• Two large mangoes
• 350 milliliters of milk
• A can of condensed milk
• A can of heavy cream
• Three sachets of unflavored gelatin
• Prepare the base of your dessert, so crush the
cookies and mix with the melted butter and the
ground cinnamon.
• Then you are going to roll these ingredients
• Put in the fridge for an
hour.
• Take the mangoes peel and cut them in
little pieces and put them in the
blender.
• Take a bowl put cold water
inside and mix with the
unflavored gelatin until
everything mixed very
well.
• Mix all the others ingredients the three
milks,the cream cheese, and the blend of
mangoes.
• while put the unflavored gelatin in the
microwave for 30 seconds.
• Following add the unflavored
gelatin to the mix and liquefy
all for one minute.
• Last but not least, remove
the mold from the fridge
and pour all the mixture on
top evenly and put it in the
fridge until the next day.
• Finally, the next day you take the dessert out of
the fridge, carefully demolish it and decorate it.
